External participant reports in Objective Connect

Quickly export external participant information

Administrators can now generate a CSV report of external participants who are not members of a workgroup.

The report provides key information about external participants associated with a workgroup, including their status, workspace activity and document activity.

Get started

From the Users section of a workgroup, select External, then External report to download the report.
