We’ve made it easier to troubleshoot email domain update errors for your workgroup members. Now, when an email update fails, you can click the Details link in the error message — to download a .csv file.

This file includes the member’s name, email details, and the specific error message, helping you quickly identify and resolve issues.

For example, if you update multiple member email domains and some fail, downloading the .csv gives you a clear report to share with your team or to review at your convenience.

This small change aims to save you time and make error management simpler.
